Vinyasa Yoga (Open Level)

Vinyasayoga is considered a "flow" yoga with constant movement from one poseto another. This open level class incl udes more advanced poses butstarts slowly with a lot of instruction for beginners, and ample timefor everyone to warm up. All practitioners are urged to work at theirown pace and level of comfort. INSTRUCTOR: Tara Ferri, a Bushwick resident who has been practicing Vinyasa yoga for 11 years.
Bringyour own mat, towel and water. Wear comfortable clothing that is easyto move in - yoga pants, track pants, leggings, t-shirts, tanks.

Theseclasses are a musical experience for families with children ages 3months to 5 years. We explore music through song & gesture, dance& movement, rhythm training, and instrument play; using originalmusic that celebrates the lives of children growing up in an urbanenvironment. Written by David Weinstone, songs like Taxi, City Kid, andSubway provide children with a positive image of their world and helpthem relate to their surroundings.
TEACHER: Nadina Mauri Nadinawas born and raised in Buenos Aires and moved to the Big Apple topersue her musical career. She graduated from Escuela de MusicaContemporanea (Berklee International Network) having studiedarrangements and vocal performance. During the day she teaches privatevocal lessons and music in english and spanish to children from 0 to 6. She is currently one of the vocalists of the funk machine MUGWUMP, aswell as session singer for multiple artists of R&B, pop, rock andsoul. Nadina also writes and arranges her own musical project, http://www.myspace.com/mrsnadina &can sometimes be found playing out loud in the subways! She is soexcited to join the AudraRox Inc. team, because, of course, she, likeall the other members of the team, ROCKS!!!
